Terms

Last updated 4 October 2026. These terms apply to the use of https://kvetra.com and to quote requests sent through it. A contract for paid work exists only when both sides confirm it in writing.

1. Who we are

Paul Keiren, trading as Kvetra, The Netherlands. KVK 42101701, VAT ID NL005494971B08. Contact: paul.keiren@kvetra.com.

2. This website

The site is an invitation to request a quote. It is not an online store. Nothing on it is an offer that you can accept by clicking. Prices, if mentioned, are indicative until we confirm them in writing.

3. Quotes

Sending the form is a request, not a contract. A contract exists only when both sides confirm the scope, price, and deadline in writing (email is enough).

Custom video, animation, and graphics are made to your brief. For consumers, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications (Dutch Civil Code art. 6:230p, under c). For a service, the right ends once the work is fully performed, if you asked us to start and accepted that the right would then end (art. 6:230p, under a, and art. 6:230o). If a withdrawal right does apply to a later agreement, we will say so in that agreement before work starts.

A quote states whether the price includes VAT.

4. Films on this site

Some films in the reel are generated or manipulated image or video. They can look photographed. They are not a record of a real event unless the piece says the camera rolled. Animation and graphics are presented as animation and graphics. The film in the Hybrid section started from a camera recording and may still be altered.

That is the disclosure for creative work under article 50(4) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act), which applies from 2 August 2026. It sits with the work, not only on this page, so you see it before you play. It is not a claim that every frame was made the same way.

Pieces marked “spec” are self-initiated concept work. They were not commissioned by, made for, or endorsed by the brands or places shown, including Revolut. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to show the type of work.

5. Work and credit

Unless we agree otherwise, you may use delivered files for the stated platforms. We may show the work in our reel unless you ask us not to before delivery. Your brand stays on the video. Ours does not, unless you want it there.

6. Liability

We take care with the site and with commissioned work. We are not liable for indirect loss. For commissioned work, liability is limited to the amount invoiced for that job. These limits do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, and they do not remove rights that Dutch or EU law does not allow a business to exclude, including mandatory rights of a consumer.

7. Law

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence. Disputes that cannot be settled go to the competent court in the Netherlands, without limiting any consumer right to sue in your home court.
